How long will it take to receive my order? We recognize the importance of all orders to our customers, but please understand that each order takes a certain amount of time for completion. Depending on our workload, orders normally ship within 2 to 3 weeks. The actual shipping time will vary based on your location. Rush orders are available upon request, at an additional cost. Engraved Stone Heaven ships all packages by standard UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. How can I pay for my order? You can be confident purchasing with Visa or Mastercard online through our secure website. Your personal information is protected using SSL encryption technology, and will not be shared with anyone else. However, if you are not comfortable giving out your information online, you can use our mail-in order form. Please email us first to confirm the total cost of your bill before mailing. Only US funds in the form of checks or money orders will be accepted via USPS, however, processing of your order will be delayed until we have received payment. Only Texas residents will be charged a sales tax on items purchased. It is 8.25% as required by law.

		Do you use real stone? Yes, all of the stones we use are real. Each stone has it’s own beauty and characteristics, and no two are the same. Besides river stone we also use limestone, some sandstone, polished granite and marble. Can I select the color or shape of my Stone? Unfortunately, you cannot select the color or shape of your stone. How do people use these stones? Our engraved stones have many uses. Some of the more common uses include: welcome stones or address markers for homes, cabins, or businesses; for accents in gardens or landscapes; gifts for weddings,anniversaries, or housewarmings; to display favorite quotes,Bible verses, or sayings; for expressions of love, gratitude, congratulations, caring, honor, appreciation,or humor; to memorialize a lost pet or loved one; for prayer stones or to commemorate special religious occasions; or simply as paper weights. The uses are numerous.Use them indoors or outdoors. 		Can I provide my own artwork or design to be engraved? Before we can commit to using your personal artwork or design, we must first see it. Our process requires a camera-ready (black and white) image. This image must be absolutely black and white without shades of grays. Vector art provides the most crisp, sharpest lines and is the preferred image type. Bitmaps can be used but the lines are rougher. If your artwork requires a lot of cleanup, there is a one time charge of $25. What is your return policy? Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want your return business. If you are not completely satisfied with your engraved stone, simply contact us at Engraved Stone Heaven and we will correct any mistakes made by us. Do you have a privacy policy?
